We at Beach Bella pride ourselves on the handling of your personal information and super secrecy so that no cyberattacking bullies get hold of anything! Please make sure to read our terms and conditions carefully so that you understand everything.

 

When purchasing from Beach Bella, you are also agreeing to accept all of the terms and conditions below.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and information is important to us. Any personal information submitted to Beach Bella is used to process your orders. Beach Bella does not and will not release any of your information to anyone under any circumstance.

 

Postage

  • All orders are non insured and we do not warrant lost parcels.
  • Once items have left the warehouse and shipped, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post if any products are missing or damaged during transit. There will be no refunds or replacements for any products missing or damaged in transit.

 

Returns

Beach Bella does not return or exchange items due to an incorrect purchase or change of mind. Beach Bella has a strong quality control with all our products however there is a chance that one may slip through the cracks. If this is to happen we will happily exchange any faulty item with the exact same one purchased. Please note that return documentation must be supplied to Beach Bella prior to us accepting the return item. This will need to be done in the form of a photo and written request. An exchange will only be approved by Beach Bella once all necessary information has been received and evaluated. All requests to be sent to info@beachbella.com.au
